Our blends are inspired by the traditions of the African Diaspora. containing wholesome fruits, veggies, legumes and grains from West Africa to the West Indies. The Bonus? These heritage foods are packed with nutrients.

Naturally, you want to offer the best to your child. That's why we teamed up with our nutritionist to ensure the foods we're creating are tailored to your child's developmental stages. Diversity of diet is the key to children acquiring the nutrients they need grow healthy and strong. We nourish in stages, providing you support through the first 1,000 days of your baby's life. Whether they're just being introduced to solid food or are already chowing down, we have a diverse range of nutrient-dense foods to keep them interested in eating.

Our food medleys are thoughtfully formulated to support your little-one in their first years of life. With flavorful, global ingredients like papaya and split red lentils, our recipes are inspired by our past with an eye for your child’s future.

We’ve designed our blends for the many stages of feeding. Sourced carefully, cut to finger-food size, cooked, and quick-frozen—your loved one(s) can enjoy nutrient dense, heritage foods any way they’d like, whether whole, blended, or pureed.

Little tykes can be super finicky. Luckily our blends are already toddler tested to make sure the flavor is right. Our blends are cut to finger-food size, par-cooked, and quick-frozen to preserve quality and nutrient density. Each 12 oz serving is ready to reheat either on the stove-top, or in the microwave-safe paper cup. Then, you can feed your child any way you need, whether in bite-sized pieces or blended up.
